Duties of an Arranger Conductor include: Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family About you: You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem – solving and customer satisfaction Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased Excellent communication and high attention to detail Possess a full unrestricted driver's license We are enthusiastic about what we believe in and what we do.
