Who we're seeking? A passionate, fair, communicative, socially responsible, and customer-obsessed General Manager who prides themselves on relationships and team member success. You will have a passion and drive for outstanding service standards, combined with a demonstrated history of developing, coaching, and mentoring your team. Relevant experience includes management of multi-retail operations and business relationship management.
Key Duties There are two aspects to this role: you will manage all aspects of the retail operations and be the face of Voyages while maintaining our resort-wide partners through efficient contract management, transparent communication, and compliance review.
