About the Role
As our Internal Property Coordinator, based in Darwin you'll be the go-to person for managing a diverse portfolio of ALPA's residential properties. Your mission? To ensure our employee residences are spotless with no maintenance issues and welcoming for new team members heading to our worksites in the remote Northern Territory and Far North Queensland communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure our employee residences are well maintained, clean and presentable for new arrivals. Liaise with contractors and source cleaners where/when required. Work with ALPA Line Managers to get things done efficiently. Develop and implement processes to improve how we manage our properties. Deliver top-notch customer service to all stakeholders.
