Key Responsibilities: Creating a positive, growth-oriented environment by leading by example, regardless of prior leadership experience. Coaching and mentoring team members at various experience levels, building confidence, skills, and accountability. Collaborating with the Senior Manager Contact Centre to identify and implement improvements for both customer journeys and team efficiency.
