Who We're Looking For: We're seeking people with a strong understanding of contact centres or service-focused environments, ideally in banking or financial services.
Whether you have led teams or are simply passionate about supporting others, your role will be to inspire, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
About the Role: As a Contact Centre Team Leader/Manager, your focus will be on maximising team potential and fostering a high-quality customer experience.
With a customer-first approach, you'll work closely with team members to enhance their skills and ensure every interaction aligns with our commitment to service excellence.
