Rainbow Club pays above award rates to attract qualified, dedicated, and passionate Swim Teachers.
The current rate is $34.50 – $38.50 per hour.

We also support our teachers with online resources and in-pool equipment.

Position Requirements: Only applicants who have the basic teaching swimming qualification from AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or Royal Life Saving will be considered.
A Working With Children (WWC) number and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) is essential.
A willingness to help children with a disability reach their potential.
