Technical Writer Based in Canberra Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance Closing Date: 2pm Thursday 16th January 2025 Essential Skills Technical Writing - Level 3 (8-11 years) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) - Level 3 (8-11 years) Responsibilities Plan, develop, organise, write and edit standard operating procedures and manuals; Research, develop and write technical design specifications; Research, develop and write technical manuals; Develop written or visual product/process/technical documentation, business process maps, and user manuals; Quality assurance of documents to maintain continuity of style of content; Write complex technical subject matter for a range of stakeholders, including non-technical or executive staff; Develop and update Engineering and ILS documentation, including a range of technical management strategies and plans, logistic plans and instructions; Manage updates and revisions to technical documents, procedures and manuals; Other future scoped work as directed.
