Position Overview:
As an Area Supervisor, you will coordinate multiple site teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
You'll be the key liaison between our clients and scaffold teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact between clients and scaffold teams Schedule labour and transport teams to meet project deadlines Conduct site inspections and complete Scope of Work documents Develop and mentor future leaders within the team Deliver toolbox meetings and training sessions to staff Resolve technical issues and promote company goals and targets Target Outcomes:
Maintain an exceptional health and safety record Meet minimum overall labour productivity targets Identify qualified successors for all key roles Uphold a perfect customer satisfaction rating How to Apply:
