ABOUT THE ROLE …
The ideal candidate is able to manage the fast pace of the medical supply industry. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing the overall output of their region's sales team (Victoria & South Australia), as well as being responsible for developing, communicating and working with the sales team to achieve set business objectives.
YOUR TASKS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS
•Engage with specialists/surgeons to promote, educate and sell MicroPort CRM's suite of products and increase awareness of our products and services
•Effectively establish and communicate goals, objectives and strategies to your team, peers and managers
•Enthusiastically drive and track sales activity, of self and others
•Provide direct coaching, mentoring and support to ensure team success
•Provide in theatre case support technical support services and perform high quality cardiac testing procedures.
•Work with and support team members to submit tenders
•Provide technical support for physicians, health care professionals and field sales staff.
•Provide outstanding customer service
