Area Sales Manager for Southern Tasmania.
A very successful Tasmanian owned & operated company representing a range of market leading brands since 1976 wishes to employ a suitably qualified person residing in the general Hobart region of Tasmania.
This is only the 1st time inside of a 15-year period that this position has been advertised, which shows the attractiveness & longevity associated with the available role. The company's existing sales team has over 110 years combined of service to their current sales positions.
The ideal candidate for the available role requires the following:
A current interest in anything mechanical (cars, bikes, boats, trucks etc.)Ability to meet & service a wide variety of customersAn outgoing personality and a can-do attitudeAbility to work as part of a long-standing sales team, whilst also working independently in a set preexisting sales territoryAn attractive starting amount is provided, with a further high-income earning opportunity based on effectiveness in the role.
The standard remuneration package includes a retainer & commission structure, along with the added benefit of a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, tablet, printer & company uniform.
Standard superannuation, annual and sick leave entitlements also apply.
Full training and support will be provided at the start of employment, along with the opportunity to join a long-standing and successful Tasmanian owned & operated company, with a record of retaining staff for long periods of time.
