As the Area Sales Manager, you will focus on developing relationships, driving sales, and expanding Pramac/Generac's product reach. Frequent travel within your territory is required, with support from national sales leadership.What's on OfferCompetitive salarybase + commissions.Generous car allowance.Career growth within a global organisation.Comprehensive product training and professional development opportunities.Exciting projects with innovative and sustainable energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.Drive sales growth across all Pramac/Generac products by executing national business plans.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to develop new opportunities.Deliver webinars and presentations to expand brand reach.Develop and implement a business plan for your territory.Monitor market trends and identify new markets, customers, and partners.Provide accurate revenue forecasts and support category-specific forecasts.Conduct product training for customers and stakeholders.Negotiate trading terms and review credit limits for accounts.Travel to vendors, distribution centers, and other locations as needed.Respond to requests for proposals from potential customers and partners.What You'll Need to Be SuccessfulAt least 7 years of sales management experience, preferably in power generation or capital goods.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.Familiarity with EV charging markets is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently within your territory.Valid driver's licence and excellent communication skills.Why Join Us?At Pramac, we value innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
