Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Manager/Partner to spearhead our new Tasmanian expansion. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of a Showroom Manager and Sales Manager. As the Manager/Partner, you will oversee all facets of the showroom, manage a team, drive sales activities, and foster client relationships. Main location is located on Paterson St, Launceston, Tasmania. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the showroom, including bookings, customer service, and maintaining showroom appearance. Lead and motivate a team to meet targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service. Provide style advice, measure customers, and assist with garment design during showroom visits and events. Set and achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication. Handle customer feedback and ensure a memorable customer experience at all times. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales and team management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and passion of the fashion industry and men's tailoring. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. Motivated, target-driven, and flexible to work both on-site and remotely. Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
