The Role
We are seeking an Area / Territory Sales Manager or Chef looking for a career change to drive consultative sales and foster strategic partnerships within Melbourne's premium foodservice sector. Representing our client, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with multiple stakeholders, including executive chefs, sous chefs, pastry chefs, and other commercial decision-makers to truly understand their unique needs and deliver solutions tailored to their specific pain points.Conducting a thorough discovery process to uncover partnership opportunities, understand the competitive landscape and analyse the strategic buying behaviours and values of each customer.Executing kitchen demonstrations and showcasing the culinary value and quality of the products in a hands-on, interactive way, building credibility as a trusted advisor.Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative sales background in the foodservice or hospitality sector, or a culinary professional with sales ambitions who understands the operational needs of a premium kitchen.
