As a key player, you'll provide ongoing company representation, sales and marketing support, product demonstrations, and end-user training within your designated territory, with a focus on the golf market.

Develop and maintain a sales program covering all commercial areas within your territory.Cooperate with sales and marketing staff to plan and execute special projects and programs.Assist in preparing annual sales forecasts and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.Demonstrate products to end users and conduct regular training sessions.Provide written quotes to customers and leasing/rental information as necessary.Manage the sale of second-hand products and maintain accurate inventory checks.Monitor and report market data, competitor activities, and industry trends.Maintain contact with key customers and industry associations.Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards and Toro's Code of Conduct.Provide accurate market data on a weekly basis and complete monthly reports.What Do You Bring? Relevant industry experience and the ability to identify mechanical and operational aspects of turf care equipment.Exceptional and proven sales skills in an equipment environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships.Strong organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.A valid Australian motor vehicle license.Knowledge of safe working practices.Infor CRM or other database management skills.Sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.A professional and friendly image.Why Toro?
