Our client will be growing its services to Sydney and the Central Coast in 2025.
The Area Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the current team and supporting our client during its growth across NSW.

About the Role:As the Operations Manager, you'll be the crucial link between service directors and the broader organisational vision.
Your role will include: Supporting and mentoring directors in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)Leading community engagement initiatives and strategic planningOverseeing compliance, legal requirements, and audit preparations (including upcoming audits in Orange)Managing day-to-day operational challenges while focusing on long-term growth projectsCoordinating the setup of new services, with a mix of office-based and remote work (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Why Join Our Client?They believe in supporting and rewarding their team.
