Area Operations Manager - Central West NSWLocation: DubboJob type: Permanent - Full timeAbout this roleArea Operations Manager – Central West NSWSuperb opportunity within the world's leading sustainable building materials company.Central West NSW – can be based at any plant within this regionCompetitive salary package including TOT vehicle.Supportive and diverse management setting realistic targets and goals.The Opportunity:As Area Operations Manager (AOM), you will be responsible for managing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of concrete plants within the Central West region, focusing on maximizing the performance of people, plant, and fleet, to meet Holcim operational standards while exceeding customer service standards.You will take a leading role across the Concrete business, ensuring all sites implement Holcim operational standards consistently, whilst overseeing organizational capability by implementing key controls, engaging with plant staff and drivers, and providing strong leadership in health and safety, operations management, cost management, and operational improvement.You will also ensure all plants have detailed plans to maintain full environmental standards and compliance requirements across the area, including proactive community engagement.
