The Role People leadership – inspire & lead a small team of 5 to optimise performance & engagementTraining & coaching – work with individuals to enhance performance & developmentQuality assurance – ensure compliance & quality across all services, identify training requirements & areas for improvementRecruitment & retention – identify & attract high quality individuals, promote ongoing learning & progressionCustomer relationship management – foster robust relationships with customers in collaboration with dedicated Account Management & BD teamFinancial management – work with your team to ensure targets are being metContribute to the broader leadership team as an active people leader in the Wollongong regionThe Benefits $115,000-130,000 + Super, in line with experience (+ Bonus)Performance-based bonus scheme to reward your contributionOption of company cars or reimbursement for use of your own carFull-time role or option for part-time (4 days); or compressed 9 day-fortnightFlexible hours & the option to perform some work from home, allowing you to optimise your work-life balanceAdditional parental leave & purchased annual leaveWellness benefits & support, including EAPDevelop your experience in other areas of the business via training, secondments & internal transfersUp to $5000 relocation allowanceWhy do people love working here?
