THE ROLE: Delivers and exceeds sales budgets and growth expectationsHas commercial acumen in driving results through product placement and product opportunitiesEffectively manages store rosters to deliver budgeted wage %, planning for fluctuations in trade and tasksLeads by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above-and-beyond service that is consistent with the brands service standardsMaximises sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective refilling, markdowns and stockroom managementEnsures the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potentialRecruits team members with the correct brand and cultural fit, competencies and behavioursProvides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brandProvides direction and appropriate feedback to teamTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years experience in a Multi Site or Area Management in a fast-paced environment.Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor teams to achieve success.Eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards.A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgetsHighly motivated and self-drivenDesire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectivesHigh personal standards in providing superior customer serviceALL KINDS OF AWESOMENESS FOR OUR TEAM: Generous Staff Discounts and Incentives!Generous Clothing Allowance!
