Area Manager - Rehabilitation Consulting $95k - $115K + super + bonus + relocation  package (or sign on incentive), great opportunity for a Senior to step up! Key areas of the role are: Growing and leading a new team of Rehabilitation Consultants  Managing financial and commercial aspects of the branch (with full support)  Capability building within the team and maximising staff engagement in an ever-changing external climate Client / account management along with a small billable portfolio of your own You will be a  natural leader  who is craving the excitement that can come with building a new team, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management. Right now, it's likely that you are Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who has Ideally 2-3+ years in Occ Rehab Experience mentoring, coaching, and helping build team capability A strong desire to step up and take lead It is essential that you have full registration as either an OT, Physio, EP or Rehab Counsellor.
