Duties



Skills & Experience Leadership and People Management:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to store managers and their teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.Recruit, train, develop, and mentor store staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service excellence.Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.Operational Excellence:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, concessions, and a flagship store, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability, especially with key clients. Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and ensure product availability.Customer Experience:
Champion a customer-centric approach by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences for customers.Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the region, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled.Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
