About the RoleAs the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Service Managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional early education services.
You will have the chance to drive performance improvements, foster a positive team culture, and exceed key performance targets.
Your leadership will shape the experiences of both the children and the educators, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
You will:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of Service Managers, providing strategic direction and support.Develop and implement initiatives to ensure the consistent quality of services across your portfolio of Kindergarten centres.Foster a high-performance culture, empowering leaders to thrive while maintaining a focus on family engagement, team development, and educational excellence.Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with broader organisational objectives and ensure sustainable business performance.Drive continuous improvement, ensuring all services meet and exceed expectations related to key performance targets such as family experience, team engagement, and service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Coaching: Provide ongoing leadership and coaching to Service Managers, helping them reach their full potential and drive service excellence.Performance & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for performance improvement and enhanced service delivery.Cultural Leadership: Cultivate an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation where all team members are empowered to make a difference.Business Growth: Contribute to business development by aligning your portfolio with organisational goals and driving results in family experience, team morale, and educational outcomes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) or an equivalent qualification.Significant experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Director, or in a similar leadership role within early childhood education.Proven track record of leading teams, fostering leadership potential, and delivering high-quality educational outcomes.A genuine passion for early childhood education, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to succeed.Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with different teams and senior leadership.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Why Join Us?At CEEC, we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
