The Area Manager is responsible for leading the development of the Home and Community Care team and their clients, within the South CoastNSW. The Area Manager will lead the team to establish plans and strategies to ensure we continue to provide excellent care and support to those we serve. Who we're looking for Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Health, Business, or ManagementStrong leadership and people management experiencePrevious experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health industrySignificant understanding of client needs, to convert these into positive service delivery outcomes and strategiesContribute to the leadership team and directorate, to develop strategies and business plans to promote growth and solutionsManage and coordinate the delivery of operations and resources to meet targets and business needsAbility to effectively plan and manage budgets within the financial yearConfident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWe'll create a better future for you Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we support them to grow and develop to be their best through our strong commitment to learning, flexibility, great benefits, and a positive culture of teamwork and cooperation.
