Contributing to & implementing BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy. Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture. Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with looking for ways to do things simpler for your teams. Role modelling working horizontally as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems and best practice to improve team and customer experiences. Identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future. Qualifications Now let's talk about you: Strong leadership experience in managing multiple sites (ideally 15+) and large teams (ideally 100+) within a retail environment. Passion and transformational leadership abilities. Big picture thinking and innovation. A customer and team focused approach. An ability to guide, develop and inspire your team through change.
