We are looking for a replacement team member to be part of our QLD Sales Team.
About the Job
Managing and motivating a small team of two staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency Managing stock and a daily delivery plan Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning Dealing with staffing issues such as conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues Responding to customer complaints and comments Organising special promotions, displays and events Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing Initiating changes to improve the business Dealing with sales, orders and deliveries, as and when required Offering a very Competitive Salary, Plus Incentives, Plus a Company Car About You
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
Basic Knowledge and understanding of computers (MS Office) Ability to manage and develop customer and staff relationships Preferably with previous battery or sales experience or mechanical background Strong desire to improve the business Manual Car license (Mandatory), HR truck and/or Forklift License will also be an advantage but not required.
