Our capabilities and success lie within servicing the commercial cleaning, hospitality, security, food and beverage, food production, government, education and aged care environments.WHO WE NEED We are seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers region. You can build a broad skillset to complement your existing experience.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Lead, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of service and safety are upheld.Conduct regular site audits to monitor compliance within company standards, quality of work requirements and health and safety regulations.Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base within the region, contributing to overall company growth.Gather required information for the preparation of accurate quotes for garbage chute cleaning services, ensuring the pricing is able to cover all operational considerations.Manage multiple sites across the Northern Rivers region, ensuring efficient operations and client satisfaction.Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do their best.Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.Implement initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.Undertake regular reporting and quality assessments using our QA software.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDA valid driving licence.Previous commercial cleaning experience essential.Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites essential.Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential.Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.THE NEXT STEPSFirstly, thank you for considering a future with Challenger Services!
