This role will see you promoting a culture that is aligned with G8 Core Values and Leadership Competencies and adheres to G8 policies and procedures and the National Quality Framework.Your day-to-dayDrive team engagement through positive leadership and modelling of G8 Values.Fosters a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition.Ensure Maximisation of your areas' occupancy and revenue via local area marketing (LAM), enrolments and value add services.Manages area full team ratio (FTR), considering required qualifications needed for positions.Conducts regular Centre visits with clear agenda and desired outcomes. This would include site-wide travel.Complete administrative tasks as requested by manager.Participate in meetings, conferences, and training courses, as appropriate.Resolves escalated complaints from families within approved time frames.Supports Centre Managers to resolve outstanding matters.Liaises with Support Office for functional support and information.About YouWith demonstrated proven experience in the Sector managing high-performing centres, ideally across multi-sites, you are an optimistic, enthusiastic, and values-driven leader that has a curious mindset and care-based nature.
