This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with a passion for early childhood education, team development, and performance excellence.
Role Overview The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of highly capable Service Leaders across our Kindergarten services.
Your role will focus on driving sustainable performance improvements, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring that services meet and exceed key performance targets.
You will: Lead a team of Service Managers, providing strategic direction and guidance.
Ensure consistent service quality and performance improvement across the portfolio.
Cultivate a high-performing, supportive culture where leaders are empowered and thrive.
Drive business performance, focusing on delivering targets related to family experience, team engagement, and quality practice.
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement business initiatives and contribute to broader organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and coaching to a team of Service Managers.
Deliver sustainable performance improvements across services in the portfolio.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the family and team experience.
Ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic goals and guiding principles.
Support Service Managers to drive business improvement and achieve high-quality outcomes.
Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood), or equivalent qualification.
Extensive experience as a Kindergarten Teacher and  Director or in similar leadership roles within early childhood education.
Proven experience in leadership and team development.
A passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire others.
A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams to drive results.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
