About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a community-minded and talented people leader to showcase their leadership and business development skills in the position of Area Manager in our Bowen Region. As an Area Manager you will have a range of responsibilities which include developing, leading, and controlling the effective operations of Queensland Country Bank by providing a high standard of professional service and support to ensure the achievement of set goals and objectives for the branch area. This is to ensure all branch staff continually offer a high standard of Member service and support to internal and external members within their defined job descriptions. This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week however the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside of these hours if required.
