We're searching for a seasoned Area Manager or a thriving General Manager within the more boutique-style hotel, estate and resort properties.As the Area General Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of properties in the vibrant outskirts of Melbourne and deep into the Victorian countryside.Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, managing budgets, and mapping out road maps for your area's success.What we're looking for:Proven experience as an Area Manager or General Manager, preferably within boutique-style properties.A genuine love for creating memorable wining and dining experiences.Dedication to maintaining high customer service standards within the rooms division and accommodation sector.Exceptional organisational skills for orchestrating events and function bookings across the properties.Ability to inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of success and development.Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and share successes effectively.In return, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses.
