This is a full-time position with annual earnings between $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation on offer depending on skills and general day to day duties will be as follows:• Efficiently responding to and resolving IT assistance requests from users• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network-based applications and systems• High level software and technical support to users both on-site and remote in a fast-paced environment• Perform troubleshooting both on-site and remote• Managing the run-up and decommissioning processes for collection centres.• Managing conflict resolution matters• Actively participating in regular team meetings and engaging in project management as required.Qualification, skills and experience:• Diploma level qualification or equivalent work experience in ICT Customer Support• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role• Strong communication skills both in person and remotely• Knowledge of best practices around security, local and network-based user and group accounts and permissions, and data protection• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal guidance• Enjoys technical challenges and takes pride in solving them• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and remotely The RoleWe are seeking an energetic ICT Support Officer to work within our busy IT team.
