Are You an Awesome Office Manager - We Want You!Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Just-In Time Electrical is a family owned and operated electrical contractor in the Western suburbs of Brisbane and has been in operation since 2006. We have a well-established team of ten and a client base that has grown from our existing company culture and attention to detail. We carry out electrical work for domestic and commercial clients.What you need:You will be a fun and energetic part of the team with a positive outlook; you will be the voice of the business connecting clients with solutions and providing office support for management. Below outlines the key tasks required of the role and key attributes the successful applicant will possess.Key tasks:Answer calls.Process work orders.Manage customer feedback/service.Arrange customer follow up.Liase with clients and technicians.Process and delegate email enquiries.Filing.Reporting to management.Preparing quotes and invoices.Social media management.Key Attributes:Proven experience in managing phone systems and client calls.Ability to work at a fast pace.High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability including appropriate prioritisation of work activities.Confidence to troubleshoot day-to-day issues.High level of organisation.Ability to work independently.Detail oriented.Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner.Proficiency in MS Office with a minimum typing speed of 40 words/minute.HR management.Sound knowledge of Brisbane suburbs.Important: Please ensure that your application is submitted complete with your cover letter, resume, and why you would be a good fit for this role.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as an office manager?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years of bookkeeping experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have previous invoicing experience?Do you have experience using Xero?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have data entry experience?
