As the brand and team continue to expand, we are excited to be recruiting for a Graphic Design & Production Coordinator to create and prepare concepts and artwork to support the delivery of seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborate with internal and external production partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Responsibilities include: Concept Development: Generate creative concepts for various projects, including digital advertising, retail POS, events, apparel graphics, packaging, and more.Design Execution: Deliver high-quality assets across multiple platforms in alignment with commercial and creative requirements. Assist in photo shoots, editing, and general tasks as required.Production: Prepare design briefs and artwork files for external production partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of in-store and event marketing collateral.Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously from conception to completion, closely following timelines and budget constraints.Collaboration: Build strong relationships with digital, retail, and community teams to understand their design needs and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.Brand Custodian: Maintain brand identity through consistent application of global Brand Guidelines in all visual communication.Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: 5+ years of creative design experience, preferably in the retail industry.Advanced proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.Video editing experience preferred.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated project management skills.
