Ballarat Grammar is one of regional Australia's leading co-educational schools with a proud history dating back to 1877 and a flourishing community of over 1,750 students from 6 months to Year 12, including around 250 boarders.
Part-time, ongoing position Hours of work are 7.6 hours per week, which can be worked over 1 or 2 days  To commence October/November 2024 We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to safeguard the School's rich history and culture, by curating and maintaining an accessible historical record of the life and times of the School and the community it serves.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Proven track record in management relevant to an archival collection.
Significant experience and knowledge in the area of archiving and record management.
Ability to visualise and plan initiatives, and the ability to deliver on them.
Ability to interact and engage with all members of the School community, from the School's youngest students through to Old Grammarian's and their families.
Strong computer and ICT skills, ideally with experience with a variety of programs and applications including mail merges and cataloguing programs.
