My client is a well-established architectural practice based in Leeds, with a close-knit team of 20 professionals dedicated to innovative design and technical excellence.
They work on a broad range of projects, including high-rise Build to Rent (BTR) developments with up to 300 beds (valued at up to 50M), extra care facilities ( 25M), and large residential schemes.

About the Role:
As an Architectural Technologist you will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects.
Your expertise in the latest building technology and techniques will help them remain at the forefront of architectural innovation.
You'll manage projects independently through all RIBA stages, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for design, functionality, and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion across all RIBA stages.Produce high-quality technical drawings, details and specifications.Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure compliance with the latest building regulations and technology.Apply your extensive technical knowledge to problem-solve and support project objectives.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.You should have: Degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.Excellent CAD knowledge, Revit, AutoCADAt least 5 years of post-graduate experience in architectural technology.Strong technical expertise and proficiency in current building technology and software.Experience in managing complex, high-value projects.Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry standards.What They Offer: Competitive salary of up to 42,000.Comprehensive benefits, including health care, bonus, and generous holiday entitlement.A supportive and close-knit team with a strong focus on professional development.Regular investment in training and career development to support your growth and career goals.Low staff turnover, ensuring a stable, collaborative work environment.Frequent team events and social gatherings to foster team spirit and connection.Click on the link to apply.
