The Role:

I am seeking a Technician & Senior Technician to join this vibrant team of over 30+ professionals.
These roles are an excellent opportunity for experienced Revit architectural documenters who have a strong Architectural delivery background and have previously gained experience ideally with a Developer or an architectural studio that specializes in large scale multi-residential projects.
You will need to have local multi-residential delivery project experience to be successful in this Tier 1 Developer role.

Key Responsibilities: Play an instrumental role in the documentation (Revit), delivery and coordination of high-rise residential projects.Demonstrate your local knowledge of ADG, BCA and Australian Standards, specifically of Class 2 projects.Collaborate with a team of skilled architects, engineers and consultants to help deliver projects on time. Qualifications and Experience: Architectural qualifications with minimum 4+ years post-graduate experience [Essential].Intermediate to Advanced Revit skills [Essential].Construction Documentation experience of multi-residential projects [Essential].Strong knowledge of local construction, especially in the context of Class 2 buildings [Essential].Excellent communication and teamwork skills [Essential]. Note: No sponsorship – must have current unrestricted Australian working rights.
