Architectural Projects Support

Our client is a market leader in the building products industry and due to growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced an Architectural Projects Support to join the team.
Within this role you will learn all aspects of the Architectural Projects Office and support the tendering process, scheduling, purchasing, warehousing and customer service.
The role: Provide administration and customer service support to the department including responding to calls and email enquiries Warehousing duties including receiving goods, picking/packing, stocktake and arranging freight/deliveries     Assist with incoming orders, service calls, preparation of quotes and scheduling needs Assist with raising purchase orders and invoices Assist with inventory management   What we're looking for:   An individual with an interest in the building and construction or building products industry An individual within the building industry that may like a change from the 'tool's to the office Take pride in your work and have a strong desire to succeed in your career Enjoy the opportunity of having responsibility and accountability within your position Strong attention to detail Ability to manage your time Good written and verbal communications skills Ability to follow process and procedure Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment A current driver's licence   Benefits Negotiable salary (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications) Full-time permanent role Opportunity to work for an industry leader within the building and construction industry Ongoing training and career development   If you're ready for a change or looking to take a leap forward in your career, apply today!
