Overview:BVN is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional Architectural Graduates, who are experienced in a Clinical Planning Support role, to join our Brisbane studio.

Our experience in multi-sector design comes to the forefront as we approach the way health facilities are designed and considered.The role:Assist the Clinical Planning Lead with clinical planning.Attend user group meetings alongside the Clinical Planning Lead for various departments.Coordinate with external groups as directed by the Clinical Planning Lead.Liaise with clients, representing BVN at meetings and presentations.Collaborate with the project team to develop projects and prepare documentation, including construction documentation and Room Layout sheets.We are seeking someone with the following:Solid 2-5 years professional experience in the health sector focused on assisting with clinical planning.A general understanding of Queensland Health CIRs and AusHFGs.Knowledge of the built environment and Australian codes and standards.Experience with problem-solving.A collaborative nature and approach to design.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong technical knowledge, including preparation of construction documentation for clinical fitouts.Diligent, methodical, and thorough approach to documentation.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Project leads and teams.High-level experience in producing Room Layout sheets.Proficiency in Revit is essential.A working knowledge of dRofus software is advantageous.Importance of a Growth Mindset:Be positive, curious, and open-minded.Have excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature.Enjoy working in a collaborative environment as part of a team.Be open to feedback.Embrace new ideas.Utilize resources to learn skills relevant to your role.Explore the pathway to registration through the Registration Study Group.Team skills:Be flexible in your role based on project and team needs.Take ownership and be accountable for your work.Identify, develop, and share new/better practices.Recognize that work/life balance looks different for everyone.Model behavior that encourages colleagues to find that balance.Qualifications & Salary Range:Master of Architecture or equivalent.Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 pa, including superannuation, commensurate with experience.At BVN, our people come first and we are proud of our diverse and inclusive studio culture.
