Job Description
SMB Glass Windows & Doors are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Architectural Draftsperson to join their team in Scoresby VIC 3179.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Ensure all plans and elevations are 2D and 3D for safety and builders' requirements.Work with all local Government, local Councils and Builder/Developers to deemed to comply as necessary.Compliance of all architectural drawings.Compliance of all engineering standards.Compliance with Australian and New Zealand Standards.Compliance of local codes of practice risk management.Compliance of safety standards to worksafe criteria.Provide technical support on drawings and documentation.Ensure project requirements are professionally executed and well communicated with all Government Departments, Victorian and local.Skills and Abilities: Must have a Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting/Drafting Technology or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years' experience.Ability to work in a team environment.Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience.
Fulltime position available.
