Architectural Draftsperson

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing comprehensive working drawings, including site plans and design modifications for our projects.Revise design plans or project changes.Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure all technical aspects of the design are accurately reflected in the plans.Ensuring compliance with relevant building standards, council requirements, and Philip Usher Constructions' policies.Assisting with project planning through earthworks calculations, driveway gradient assessments, and more.Managing and updating design details in the company's project management software to ensure timelines and milestones are met.What We're Looking For: Diploma in Architecture, Building Design or equivalent qualification.At least one year of experience as an Architectural draftsperson, with a passion for quality and innovation.Proficiency in CAD and Revit.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.Full-time role with a standard 38-hour workweek.Opportunity to work with a supportive and professional team.If you are a talented and motivated Draftsperson with the skills we seek, apply today to become part of our team!
