This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our thriving company and contribute to our continued success in the industry.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Create detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models using Rhino 6, AutoCAD, V-ray, Innoplus (Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image) and Photoshop.Photoshop rendering post-production.Work closely with the Technical Design Team and Creative Team to develop designs meeting design requirements and lifestyle images.Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications.Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drawings.Review and revise existing drawings as needed.Maintain organised project files and documentation.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Interpret plans, regulations, and codes of practice.Prepare, edit, and revise plans, maps, charts, and drawings.Qualifications and Requirements:Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in Architectural Draftsperson.At least 2-3 years proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson.Experience in the architectural drafting field.Ability to work effectively under time constraints.Strong personal organisation and time management skills.Strong attention to detail, and must be able to work both solo and in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $73,150.00 – $74,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Architectural Draftsperson: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
