Architectural Draftsperson

Responsibilities: Create precise and accurate detailed drawings of building designs, encompassing floor plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details, in strict adherence to industry standards and codes.Utilize CAD software proficiently to produce drawings and make necessary alterations to existing designs.Collaborate closely with builders and engineers to verify that designs align with specifications and industry standards. Adapt and enhance designs based on input from builders and engineers.Maintain meticulous records of all drawings, designs, and project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.Foster effective communication with clients and contractors to guarantee that designs align with their requirements and expectations.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, software upgrades, and building regulations to ensure that designs remain current and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Requirements: Diploma in building designStrong attention to detail and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle challenges effectively Reporting to construction manager
