Architectural Draftsperson

H+H Architects is the largest regional-based architectural firm in Western Australia, with offices in Albany, Bunbury, and Kalgoorlie. We have experienced recent growth within our practice and seek an experienced architectural draftsperson to join our multi-disciplinary team.We are looking for a motivated, personable, and approachable architectural draftsperson to prepare high-quality architectural drawings and visualizations that represent the designs created by H+H Architects. We offer the opportunity to work on challenging and interesting projects throughout regional Western Australia and to make an identifiable positive community impact.The architectural draftsperson is expected to undertake day-to-day project work as allocated and to assist the practice in general management and coordination of drafting libraries and resources, and in the implementation and maintenance of adopted CAD standards. Our preferred candidate will have a drafting diploma or architectural qualification and a minimum of two years of experience, with the ability to work on a range of projects including state & local government projects, multi-residential developments, complex commercial projects, trails, play spaces, master planning, and locality activation. A proficient understanding and competent ability to use relevant CAD programs (Revit), effective time-management skills, and the ability to work well and communicate with other staff and sub-contractors are required skills for this role.The role is a minimum of 25 hours per week (up to 38 hours per week if preferred).
