Architectural Drafter | Residential Builder

This job advertisement is for a REVIT Architectural Drafter position with an award-winning residential builder in Australia. The role offers a salary of $70,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation.
Role and Responsibilities:
Location: Gold Coast, QLD Reporting to: Operations Responsibilities: Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects. Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Required Experience:
Previous experience in residential building drafting. A deep understanding of building codes and regulations. Happy to consider candidates that are ArchiCAD dominant, but must have some knowledge on REVIT. A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles.
