Role And Responsibilities

As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our drafting and design team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects.Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards.Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Experience and Skills Required:

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

Previous experience in residential building drafting.A deep understanding of building codes and regulations.Proficiency in using ArchiCAD software.A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
