Role And Responsibilities
As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our drafting and design team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include:

Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects. Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Experience and Skills Required:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have
Previous experience in residential building drafting. A deep understanding of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in using ArchiCAD software. A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
