The small team consisting of two Architects and two documenters are aligned in creating high quality designs and working closely with their clients to create beautiful, practical living spaces.  ABOUT THE ROLE. Exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Designer or Architect to take on elevated responsibility and, develop high quality designs and processes. You'll work across all stages of the process, manage consultants, coordination documentation and report directly to the company Director to ensure efficient and seamless delivery of projects.  DUTIES. Lead concept design and delivery of all projects Produce high quality documentation at all stages of the process Coordinate consultants, clients and stakeholders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Bachelors of Architecture Previous experience in low to high-density residential projects required ArchiCAD proficiency essential Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude passion for design essential CULTURE.
