Due to an increase in projects available across our portfolio, a position has become available, and we are seeking an Architectural Coordinator to join our Team.
This position will report directly to the Director and provide great assistance to our Team and most importantly, our clients. As a part of fulfilling this role, the responsibilities and duties will include:
Coordinate between construction consultants depending on requirements and priorities. Assist Operation Manager and the Director in undertaking site inspections, attending client and consultant meetings, expediting progress on the project as required. Estimate costs and time scales, check quantities of materials, size, volume measurements and dimensions. Design, update and revise architectural plans, charts, and drawings for trade persons. Liaise and co-ordinate with nominated sub-contractors, suppliers, and trade. Perform, assess, and manage requirements and checklists. Manage client lists and approvals/assessment from governing authorities. Oversee and adhere to compliance requirements. Any other reasonable duty as requested by the Director. The job will be full-time, and while exact hours of work can vary, these will be worked between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants must have: At least an associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field. At least 1 year experience in a similar role. Australian or International Driving Licence (valid). Own transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
