They should have exceptional technical and design skills together with past experience in multi-sector, residential and commercial projects.
The role will be based at our rural office, just outside Kinross.

The role would primarily involve full immersion into the design and technical delivery of varying scales of residential and commercial projects.
The position will be based on our rural office situated just outside Kinross and we look forward to welcoming our new team member in due course.
We are looking for candidates who are/have: Technically proficient with experience on all RIBA Work stages.
Ability to think creatively and come up with positive design detailing that is grounded in a commercial awareness of their work.
Thorough understanding of domestic and non-domestic projects, regulations and building standards in Scotland.
Experience in multi-unit residential developments, student accommodation and commercial projects.
Accurate and have a high attention to detail and want to get the best quality for the projects.
Friendly, motivated and creative, out-of-the-box problem-solver.
Excellent communication skills and ability to create positive and long-lasting relationships with our consultant team, contractors and most importantly, our clients.
Proactive and organised, with excellent record-keeping.
Strong BIM skills, ideally in Archi CAD.
Someone who shares our team values.
Note that this role will involve local travel, and a driving licence is essential.
