Architect Manager

The Architect Manager is responsible for leading a team of IT architects to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities Develop and oversee the enterprise architecture roadmap in alignment with business goals.Establish architectural frameworks and best practices for the IT organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing IT solutions.Ensure that IT architectures adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance organizational capabilities.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT architects.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the architecture team.Oversee team performance, set goals, and provide regular feedback and professional development opportunities.Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors.Communicate architectural strategies, designs, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution.Guide IT projects from an architectural perspective, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for IT systems.Monitor and review project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with architectural standards.Skills and Experience 8+ years of experience in technology and architecture/leadership.Mix of advanced technology and strategic business acumen, worked across multiple industry sectors.Broad and hands-on experience in performing a variety of architecture roles including Business Architect, Enterprise/Domain Architect, Application Architect, Data Architect, and Security Architecture across various industry sectors.Experience with ERP, cloud technologies, Salesforce, Azure, AWS desirable.Previous Retail, FMCG or logistics/supply chain experience is highly desirable.Knowledge of Infor M3 and Demand+ or other similar ERP and demand fulfilment solutions is highly regarded.Ability to translate technical concepts to business concepts and vice-versa.Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
