We are looking for talented Architects to join the Sydney team; both experienced graduates or recently registered architects are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Work across concept planning, sketch design, design development, consultant coordination etc.Utilise construction knowledge to produce documentation to a high standard when required, or to assist those team members who need assistance in producing documentation.Attendance on site including working with clients, builders, and consultants to maintain design standards.Partnering with external consultants to get the best outcomes for the client and the project.Researching, understanding, and complying with relevant building codes and standards, including safe design principles.Adhering to all relevant QA and office standards in the execution of your work.Requirements: 5+ years of post-graduate experience in Australia.Master of Architecture or equivalent.Proven experience working on large-scale projects across all project phases.Class 2 Multi-Residential and Hotel experience preferable.Proficiency of Revit software.Strong understanding of Australian planning regulations and building codes.Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and meeting timeframes.What's on offer: Career development opportunitiesFriendly, supportive workplace cultureA healthy pipeline of exciting projectsLovely office based in Sydney CBDSalary depends on experience, between $70k - $90k + SuperIf this sounds like an exciting opportunity, then please apply directly or contact Charlie Jones at ******.
